Yesterday we went to Grazing in the Field, a dining experience promoting locally produced and processed food.
It was held at a beautiful dairy farm in Woodlands, Manitoba.
The 7 courses of food were amazing (the above soup is made from cream from where my husband works - his company was one of the partners and that is how we got to go).
The people were wonderful, and we had such a fun time. An all around great experience and worthy of 3 pictures (I did take lots of pictures last night).
Oh fabulous Joanne - 7 courses sound amazing! The cows are kept in such different 'conditions' than ours!! Very interesting! (Worth 3 photos!)
